Swile Care & Betterhelp

As part of a conceptual case study for Swile, I created Swile Care, a mental health support product imagined in partnership with BetterHelp, offering employees easier access to therapy through company support.

The goal was to spark conversations at work about mental health, while making space for joy, empathy, and vulnerability.

Concept

The creative concept, “I got you!”, was built around the idea of being caught before the fall—visually and emotionally. It plays with gravity, imbalance, and support to symbolize how mental health care can feel: messy, but manageable when you're not alone.I crafted a cross-media campaign that disrupted the usual sad or sterile narratives often seen in this space.

Bright colors, expressive close-up portraits, and playful typography brought a sense of warmth and personality. Key phrases like “It’s a mess but I’m okay” or “Swile = Smile” captured the tone—fun, human, and reassuring.
